The 20th Child Award is given in school for those children who go the extra mile, who do the right thing when no one is noticing and help others, not for the reward of stickers or certificates but because they know you should.
These children are role models for us all and we hope they feel as proud of themselves as we are proud of them.
This might be offering to clean tables at lunchtimes, picking up coats and bags to keep the corridors tidy or even politely letting teachers, visitors or other children through the door first.
