At Overchurch Infant School we offer our before and after school club provision (breakfast and after school club) through our wraparound service known as ‘Squirrels at Overchurch Infant School’.
Our experienced team welcome children from 7:30am daily until school begins at 8:50am and from the end of the school day at 3:15pm until 5:50pm from Monday to Friday.
Sessions are booked using our online booking system iPal via the following link https://overchurchinfantschool.ipalbookings.com/. Once your child is registered with iPal and all permissions have been completed you can book any sessions required.
All children who attend Overchurch Infant School and their siblings who attend the Junior School are able to book sessions at Squirrels if required.
Breakfast club is charged at £5 per session and after school club is priced at £10 per session. This price includes breakfast in the morning and a selection of healthy snacks after school. Milk, juice and water is always available for children. The club creates a fun and engaging environment in which children can play with their peers or enjoy time alone after a busy day of school and learning. Squirrels is NOT an extension of the school day.
Squirrels is currently located internally within our school building. From September 2025 Squirrels will run from the mobile building and caretaker’s house situated to the left of our school building adjacent to our forest area.
Bookings can be made for the duration of the academic year, on a termly or half termly basis or on an ad-hoc basis. Staffing ratios are reviewed regularly to ensure we can meet the demands of our school community at all times.
Bookings for September 2025 open for current parents on 4th April and for new Reception and Nursery parents on 16th April.
Payments can be made in a variety of ways including childcare vouchers, tax free childcare account and via credit or debit card. Invoices can be generated in a variety of ways to suit the needs of different families. Payments are due before any bookable sessions to secure your child’s place at Squirrels.
