On Friday our School Councillors were delighted to be invited by housing association Alpha to commemorate the Official Ground Breaking at Woodpecker Close, Alpha’s new extra care development. They were joined by the Deputy Mayor, Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning, Homes England, Alpha colleagues and Board members.
It was interesting to see the site, talk to those involved with the build and learn more about how it will support its future residents. We can’t wait to return when it is completed!
